We can also provide rental, leasing and mortgage consultancy for any of the properties you are interested in. Our strategy is based on the acquisition of properties with exceptional rental yield located in major metropolitan areas with high growth potential. Our primary focus is to source and secure U.S. Bank reposessed properties that in many cases are available at 20-40% of their traditional value and are expected to achieve a rental yield in excess of 10%. Furthermore, we help our clients to utilize the US Federal Housing and Urban Development scheme where rent for some low-income tenants is paid directly to landlords and in this way achieves high yields while simultaneously minimizing risk.

We currently have select properties available in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Our services include advice on leasing activities, sales, property management, valuation and construction projects turnkey.
