Renovations

Generally, before we sell any of our properties they have undergone a thorough refurbishment and are ready for tenancy.  However, occasionally our clients have specific requests. Our management company works closely with professionally licensed contractors to ensure that any  work done to their property will pass inspection. 

A refurbishment for a 3 bed detached property usually takes 4- 6 weeks to complete.  However, this varies with the work required for each property.
