US Property Bonds

Three different Companies - Roche 6 LLC, Castle Keep 8 LLC and Wilton 10 LLC, in association with their respective Partners, are offering US property investment Bonds. Investors in the Bonds enjoy attractive fixed yields as well a choice of pre-determined exit dates. The Bonds are an entirely self-financed investment, which means that no money has been borrowed by the bondholder from third parties to make the purchases. Each of these companies deals mainly in bank-repossessed real estate that offers a tax-efficient, low cost, low risk, diversified alternative to direct, ‘sole title’ ownership.

UK-BASED TRUSTEE

Additionally, investors have the comfort of knowing that their Bonds are fully administered by a long-established UK Trustee Company, Citadel Trustees Limited, which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The Trustee, with its head office in Surrey and offices in Spain, India, Thailand and China, acts on behalf of investors, holding a lien over the shares of the Bond issuing companies. In the unlikely event of Bondholder terms and conditions not being met, the Trustee has the ability to take control of the companies and sell the assets (properties) within the Bond portfolios to uphold investor Bond conditions.

About the properties

This proposition is an alternative to direct ownership. The same properties in the same managed portfolio are available to purchase outright by individual investors.
